Our Museum Travel Programs offers world class small group travel experiences, with opportunities to go behind the scenes at museums and cultural attractions throughout the world. Whether it's a day trip or an overnight excursion, a regional destination or an international adventure, traveling with the New England Air Museum helps support our mission of preserving our region's aerospace heritage.

NEAM Travel Programs average between 20-30 participants, and our fees include transportation, hotel accomodations, and most meals in addition to all excursions and gratuities. Our trips also include a dedicated, 24/7 onsite guide, and allow for full refunds if cancellations occur before the registration deadline. Albany: Empire State Aerosciences Museum & Schuyler Mansion

Spend the day exploring the best of the greater Albany area with Dr. Amanda Goodheart Parks, Director of Education at NEAM. This trip include guided tours of the Empire State Aerosciences Museum (ESAM) and Schuyler Mansion State Historic Site, as well as a group boxed lunch.

Cities of Steel:
Industrial History Tour of Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Philadelphia

Join Dr. Amanda Goodheart Parks, Director of Education at NEAM, and explore the history of some of America's greatest cities of steel: Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Philadelphia. Highlights include a visit to the legendary Carrie Blast Furnaces and a ride on the historic Duquesne Incline; visits to the Hagerstown Aviation Museum, Fort McHenry National Monument, and the B&O Railroad Museum; as well the Independence Seaport Museum with access to the U.S.S. Becuna, a World War II era submarine. This trip is presented in partnership with Tours of Distinction.

$3,000 per person double occupancy

$3,600 per person single occupancy

Non-members add $100 per person

Trip fees include five nights accommodations in four-star hotels; five hot breakfasts, three lunches, and two dinners; transportation in a luxury motorcoach bus with an onboard restroom; complimentary onsite parking at the New England Air Museum; departure treats and coffee; bus snacks and bottled water; all museum and attraction admissions; all taxes, fees, and gratuities; as well as guide services.

Highlights include the Berlin Wall and Checkpoint Charlie, the Military History Museum Gatow and the Bridge of Spies, former Stasi Headquarters, the Prague Museum of Communism and the Bezovka Nuclear Bunker, as well as the Iron Curtain Museum and the Museum of Technology in Speyer.
