Summer 2022 Aerospace Academy Camp

Explore the science, history, and technology of aerospace at the New england air museum this summer!

Aerospace Academy Camp is a day camp for children ages 9-12 interested in all things aerospace. Campers will participate in a range of activities including aviation science and history, "flight school" and a discovery flight in our Redbird Flight Simulator, drones, robotics, aircraft restoration, and more! Camp also includes field trips to Central Connecticut State University’s new Tech Center,  and a behind the scenes trip to the Hartford Jet Center.

Camp Sessions

session 1: July 5 - july 8, 2022 - Registration Closed

session 2: july 11 - july 15, 2022 - Registration Closed

session 3: july 18 - july 22, 2022 - Registration Closed

session 4: july 25 - july 29, 2022 - registration closed

session 5: august 1 - august 5, 2022 - registration closed

session 6: August 8 - August 12, 2022 - registration closed

Session 7: August 15 - August 19, 2022 - REgistration closed

All sessions run Monday-Friday from 9:00am-3:00pm with the exception of Session 1 which runs Tuesday-Friday from 9:00am-3:00pm. All camp sessions will offer the same activities, programs, and field trips. Camp registration closes three weeks prior to each session's start date or when the session sells out, whichever occurs first.

$450 per week (NEAM Members) - Session 1 Only*

$500 per week (NEAM Members) - Sessions 2-7*

$500 per week (Non-Members) - Session 1 Only

$550 per week (Non-Members) - Sessions 2-7

To register for camp, please fill out the Registration Form and submit with payment. Camp fees are due in full at the time of registration and registration closes three weeks in advance of each camp session, or when sessions sell out, whichever happens first. Forms may be mailed to:
