Honoring the Life and Legacy of Lt. Col. Harry Stewart, Jr.

We mourn the passing of Ret. Lt. Col. Harry Stewart, Jr., a true American hero and one of the legendary Tuskegee Airmen. Lt. Col. Stewart honored the New England Air Museum with his presence at the opening of The Tuskegee Airmen: Their Untold Stories exhibit and actively participated in events to help support its creation. His remarkable story, from his historic three air-to-air victories in a single day during WWII to winning the first-ever Top Gun contest, is an inspiration to all.

Lt. Col. Stewart’s legacy lives on through our exhibit, where visitors can learn about his courage, skill, and dedication to service. We are forever grateful for his contributions to history and his support of our mission.
