The New England Air Museum is honored to be working with the children of many of the Tuskegee Airmen, flight crews, and ground support personnel to create an extraordinary exhibit called The Tuskegee Airmen: Their Untold Stories. Through first-hand stories about their parent’s war and post war experiences, visitors will have the rare opportunity to get to know the airmen in a uniquely personal way.
Their story needs to be preserved for future generations. To support this effort, the museum is hosting a fundraising event with three living Tuskegee Airmen scheduled to appear: Ret. Lt. Col. Enoch Woodhouse, Ret. Lt. Col. Harry Stewart, and Ret. Lt. Col. George Hardy.
Listen to their stories following a cocktail reception on Saturday November 19th from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the museum.
To help share the Tuskegee Airmen story, you may sponsor a Hartford area high school student ticket for a reduced price. The museum will work with Hartford schools to select students to attend the event. General admission for a single ticket is $125. If you would like to sponsor a student please contact Rick Cleary at firstname.lastname@example.org or (860) 623-3305 ext 317. Sponsored student tickets are $100 and are tax deductible.
The livestream link for the virtual ticket option will be emailed prior to the event.
