The New England Air Museum has a small paid staff and relies heavily on the work of volunteers who assist in all areas of the Museum's operations.

Opportunities are available from time to time with a number of programs including:

• Docents
  Sharing the history of New England's aviation heritage utilizing the Museum's vast collection of artifacts and exhibits.
