Thoughts on the 58th Bomb Wing:

I have just begun to research my Grandfather's service with the 58th, so some of the information I have provided is incomplete, but I did not include anything that has not been verified.  My family and I are very proud of the contributions that my Grandfather, and all WWII veterans, have made to our country. Their level of sacrifice is staggering, and we thank them for helping to secure our freedom. We are also very proud that Clarence served in a unit as historically important as the 444th BG(VH)/58th BW. Thank you very much for honoring him and his colleagues with this wonderful memorial. S/Bill Howe, Grandson of Clarence M. Howe, Jr.
