Burton was an orthodontist in Spirit Lake.
Comments:
Burton loaded bombs on the airplanes and flew over the Hump several times to the base in China. He passed away in November 1992. He told many stories about his time in service, and especially about the thrill of flying over the Missouri when Japan surrendered.
